Creating a Skye Wallet account is easy and achievable with just few clicks;

3. An OTP will be sent to the email address you provided, input the OTP sent and click on “Confirm” to successfully create an account.

Kindly check your spam/Junk folder for OTP if not received in your inbox. Also, ensure that the email address you provided is correct and has not been registered by you on another Skye Wallet account.
How to sign in on Skye Wallet:
On your Skye Wallet app or web platform, input your email address and your password and sign in. You have successfully signed in to your account on Skye Wallet.
Skye Wallet has three stages of KYC verification. They include:
Level 1 verification: This entails verifying a valid Nigerian phone number. The privileges attached to attaining Level 1 verification on Skye Wallet include:
Sending cryptocurrency to other cryptocurrency platforms
Receiving cryptocurrency from other cryptocurrency platforms
Sending cryptocurrency to users on Skye Wallet via phone number or email address for free
Receiving cryptocurrency to users on Skye Wallet via phone number or email address for free
How to upgrade to level 1: Follow these steps:

Click on “increase limit”. Please input a valid phone number.
Input the OTP sent to the provided phone number before your timer runs out.
Can I change my phone number?
Kindly note that your phone number cannot be changed once an account has attained a level 1(verifying phone number) on the platform. We advise that you simply go through all your information properly before verifying them
Can I change my full name once registered on Skye Wallet?
You can only change your full name if you are yet to verify your bank account. Please note that your username must correspond with your First and Last name on your bank account and also correspond with the names on the means of identification.
Can I change my email address once registered on Skye Wallet?
Kindly note that your email address cannot be changed once registered on the platform. We advise that you simply go through all your information properly before verifying them.
Level 2 verification: This entails verifying a valid Nigerian bank account. The privileges attached to attaining Level 2 verification on Skye Wallet include:
Depositing directly from your verified bank account registered on the platform to fund your Naira wallet buy cryptocurrency
Withdrawing Naira directly into your bank account when you sell cryptocurrency
Being allowed to make transactions not more than 10 million Naira a month
Note: The bank account name that is provided should be in sequence (first name and last name) as that which has been provided by the user on Skye Wallet. If the account names and usernames do not correspond, then this process of verification will not go through.
How to upgrade to level 2: Follow these steps:

Click on “increase limit”. Please input your valid local bank account.
Please ensure that the names (first and last names only) on your bank account details are in the corresponding order as that on your Skye wallet profile.
How do I add another bank account?
Follow these steps:
Click on “profile”
Click “payment details”,
Click on “new bank account”
Input the details of the account
Click on “add bank”
Input the account details of the bank account you wish to add
NOTE: Remove any extra name(s).
For example, if the name on your bank is Ifunanya Bolanle Aminu.
You only need to add Ifunanya Aminu to your Skye Wallet profile for the upgrade.
Why am I receiving the response “The account I am trying to add does not belong to me?"
Kindly ensure the bank account details you are trying to add carry your FIRST and LAST names only in the corresponding order as that listed on your Skye Wallet profile.
Why can’t I add my Kuda Bank details?
For a non-existing bank account (level 2) verification: Kindly note that before you can add your Kuda account, you will need to have an existing bank account registered, after which your Kuda account can be added for you if you wish.
For existing users who have already verified to level 2:
Kindly provide the bank details you wish to add, and they will be added for you. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
How to delete a bank account? (note that this feature only works if the user has more than one bank account on Skye Wallet) To delete your Skye Wallet account, kindly follow the steps:

Click on the bank account you want to delete
Click on “delete account”
You have successfully deleted your bank account
What is the minimum and maximum transaction volume allowed on Level 2? The minimum transaction volume allowed on Skye Wallet for any level is 1,000 Naira. While the maximum transaction volume allowed on Skye Wallet for a level 2 user is 10 million Naira per month
Level 3 verification: This entails verifying a valid means of identification, which includes either of the following; Drivers license, International Passport, National Identity Card and Voters Card. The privileges attached to attaining Level 3 verification on Skye Wallet include:
- Being allowed to make transactions worth more than 10 million Naira a month, admit other benefits privileged to Level 1 and 2 verification.

How long does it take for a Level 3 upgrade? Kindly note that ID verification goes through our third party identity verification process. It will be confirmed once we get feedback. Kindly exercise patience.

Why is my ID being rejected? A level three verification is only rejected if it is not found valid or if the uploaded details are not clear enough for processing. Kindly upload a clear and valid means of identification.
